50 year old three story building with no air conditioning. Customer houses and rehabilitates drug and alcohol addicts. Customer needed to provide air conditioning to obtain full state funding.

Systemp Solution

Converted old Hot water heating system to water source heat pump system. Central system was installed to air condition the whole facility. Reused existing piping system and saved over $800,000 in construction costs.

Power feed to building was less than the electrical code would allow Systemp Controls Division installed power monitoring system to shed loads when the loads go over code accepted levels which was approved by state inspector.

Customer required an air conditioned facility. Energy consumption was key to reduce operating cost. Customer required an energy management system.

Independent heating and air conditioning systems. The independent heating system used less horsepower to operate. The independent air conditioning system reduced maintenance costs.
